Choose the films for our November Quests

There’s no Film Club this week due to parents evening but we’ll be back next week to watch High Noon before making our own films.

This week you can help choose the films we will show in November with our theme of quests – our final film of these will be The Wizard of Oz on December 1st.

Help choose a film by listing those you would like to see by leaving a comment and you will have checked another two items off your passport list – think about which films below will also help you tick off more from your passport list – for example, Spirited Away would be watching a film from Asia. How old are some of the films you could choose?

Make as many choices as you wish in your comment from these 19 or suggest your own choice where a character goes on a quest.

The first three would be Mr. Denton’s picks closely followed by Time Bandits and Toy Story

Spirited Away (2001) PG  – Extraordinary, Oscar-winning fantasy animated film from Japan following the down-the-rabbit-hole adventures of a young girl named Chihiro.

  1. All these movies are really cool, but I would really like to see Sprited Away for once. Toy Story and Percy Jackson would be cool too.

  2. I would vote for Labyrinth, Never Ending Story, Narnia, new Alice in Wonderland and Time Bandits. I’ve not seen Narnia but loved the other Narnia films . Labyrinth is really good . Labyrinth, Time Bandits and Never ending Story would be over 30 years old for our passport.
